  • Q. How long does it take to setup my Party Tent?

    A. Anything from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on size of party tent and weather conditions

  • Q. Can the entrance of my party tent be put on a particular side I choose?

    A. Yes, with our wide flexibility you can have the entrance exactly where you want it,  whether that be on the short side or long side.

  • Q. Will my tent come insured?

    A. Of course, this is a necessity for any hire company, all hires from us come with an extensive cover of £5,000,000 million "feel safe, rest assured"

  • Q. Can I have my Party tent coming off the back of my house? just like and extension?

    A. Yes, we will get it as close to the house as possible, doors that open outwards to the garden can sometimes be an issue when trying to get your party tent flush and tight to the house. These issues only apply to doors over 2m in height (measuring from the ground to the top of the doors), if under 2m then the doors will be able to open up into the party tent leaving no issues. If doors turn out to be higher than 7ft then we will just have to erect the party tent from where the doors full open leaving a small gap from the house, however we always find a way to improvise and create something satisfying for customer and us. Sliding doors and doors that open inwards will not have this issue.

  • Q. I live in Leeds but I only need a 3m x 3m alone to hire, would you be able to deliver this to me from Manchester?

    A. Unfortunately we would not be able to deliver party tents unless they meet our minimum delivery requirements, bookings under 35 miles will need to be a minimum of £200 + delivery costs and bookings over 10 miles will need to be 3x the cost of delivery then we add the delivery cost on top.   • Q. I have just moved into my new home and the turf is yet to be laid, would you still be able to setup on soft soil or would this be a problem?

    A. This would be a problem for us for a few reasons, due to the ground/soil being unmatured we wouldn't have enough strength and stability when anchoring your party tent down due to the loose properties of the soil. As well as this it will be a very extremely messy and muddy job especially if the weather has been miserable leading up to the booking or even on the day of the booking itself so for these reasons, we wouldn't be able to fulfil a booking in the event of a lawn not being laid. Having said that even if a lawn has freshly been laid we would still need it to mature and harden and in the best interest of our customers we wouldn't want to potentially damage the freshly laid lawn as it is extremely fragile when just laid.

  • Q. I have a slight slope in my garden will this be an issue?

    A. No not at all we have a lot of give and are able to have our party tents setup on slight angles

  • Q. What if my ground is not even at all

    A. Uneven surfaces are not a problem for us providing there are no severe level changes, for example steps leading to flat ground then to more steps. Usually we can asses this very easily with a photo sent to us via email or whatsapp.

  • Q. Can I smoke in the party tent?

    A. No we do not allow this in our party tents however we do provide a small standalone smoking shelter which definitely comes in handy if you have smokers attending your event

  • Q. Can we cook inside the party tents

    A. No we do not allow cooking of any type inside

  • Q. I would like my party tent setup on a green or park not far from my house is this possible?

    A. Yes only if you have been granted permission by your local council, which we will need to see first.

  • Q. Can I pay for my party tent on collection, or half on setup and half on collection?

    A. No, unfortunately not,  any outstanding balance will need to be paid on completion of setup by cash

  • Q. How will my party tent get electricity?

    A. We will provide safety tested extension leads which we will run neatly and out of the way through a window or door of the house

  • Q. Will my party tent be clean?

    A. Yes, our team at Parties Complete have a weekly cleaning day where all our products get cleaned to a hirable condition and ready to go out on the next job

  • Q. What if something is damaged when you come to collect

    A. Whosoever's name is on the booking will be responsible for any damages or losses sustained during the hire period. Over the past 10 years we have only had a few minor issues which were sorted out instantly as most of what we hire can be repaired and or replaced in sections so 9 times out 10 we never have to replace a full set of anything. A product price list can be obtained on request.

  • Q. How do I know I will be getting a good service?

    A. Well apart from our positive genuine "VERIFIED" Facebook reviews and "GENUINE" facebook followers / likes, as well as customer videos (on our website), Instagram posts and email/whatsapp testimonials. So yes we'd like to think the service we provide is nothing but A Class, we've had customers come back to us 4,5,6 and even 7 times over past 8 years and as cheesy as it sounds once customers re-booked with us it really feels like we have a new member added to the Parties Complete family!... I guess the fact that we always give back and offer great financial incentives (aka discounts lol) most customers seem to come back time and time again, we appreciate all of our customers new and old.
